Virtual Numbers (DID)

A virtual number, also known as direct inward dialing (DID), is a telephone number without a directly associated telephone line. These numbers are designed to forward incoming calls to one of the pre-set telephone numbers, chosen by the client: fixed, mobile or VoIP. A virtual number can work like a gateway between traditional calls (PSTN) and VoIP.

ProTech offers various virtual numbers for over 120 countries of the world. There are phone numbers for calls, SMS messages and fax. They can be mobile or landline.

DIDs have the following features:

  1. 1. Voicemail
  2. 1. Call recording
  3. 3. Conditional call forwarding
  4. 4. IVR menu
  5. 5. Call history
  6. 6. Greeting message
